Established many years ago we are a family based business near Wincanton, providing great quality Kiln Dried firewood from locally sourced forests and estates. We offer free delivery across Wincanton and surrounding areas.
About Our Logs
Our Kiln dried hardwood logs are Woodsure Ready to Burn government certified and dried to under 20% moisture, making them ready to burn hot and efficiently. Cut in lengths of 27cm (10 inches) and split, our logs will fit almost all wood burners, open fire places, stoves and pizza ovens.
Our timber is sourced as locally as possible for each processing season and comes from British FSC certified forests and sustainably managed estates. We supply Ash, Beech, Birch and Oak. If you want to know more, read about the benefits of kiln dried wood here.

Our premium kiln dried hardwood logs can be used on any type of fire place, including pizza ovens. Woodsure Ready to Burn government certificate gives you peace of mind for quality.
Our bulk dumpy bags offer a convenient and quantifiable amount of logs, many suppliers sell by the “half” or “full load” loose tipped which gives no standard volume.
Our current bags when fully filled are approx 0.6m3 (just over half a cubic meter).
We offer reliable and convenient free delivery brought to you in our van. We have a crane onboard and can leave the dumpy bag of logs with a fully rainproof plastic cover. You don’t necessarily even need to stack the logs now, Our included plastic rain sheet works as good or better than a log store. We will collect your used dumpy bags and plastic sheets for recycling, on your next delivery of firewood.
