Our hardwood timber is sourced as locally as possible from FSC registered forests and carefully managed estates, cut to ten foot lengths and left stacked. We then cut and split these lengths into firewood sized logs, which are then stacked and dried in our kiln for a period until the average moisture content is below 20%. This process guarantees great quality, well dried firewood ready for burning when it’s delivered to your door. If you require timber for self seasoning rather than kiln dried, these are taken from our stock before it enters the kiln.
